I’m Sarah Williams. I’ve spent the past 15 years navigating leadership in the tech industry, most recently leading global teams and AI/ML initiatives at a multi‑billion‑dollar SaaS company. I’ve sat in the rooms you’re sitting in, felt the doubt you’re feeling, and learned how to move through it. Now I help women in tech do the same; faster, and with a lot less second-guessing.
